Absolutely amazing!! Cannot fault the location, the property itself. So clean. So comfortable. It had everything we needed and more!

Staff kept contacting me about a second key which we never had. I had already told them and they kept emailing/messaging me about it.

"A beautiful and comfortable apartment, washing machine is broken, don’t expect communication over the weekend."

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Beds very comfortable as well. Location was great, nice and close to the sports precinct we needed to attend.

The washing machine didn’t work, the staff got maintenance out quickly for us however it was confirmed to be broken. Not ideal when we had dirty uniforms to wash each night for the following day, and a reason we chose this apartment. Needs to be fixed or replaced before next guests. Staff were good at responding during the week via Booking chat however I never received a response on the weekend apart from a remote person who couldn’t assist with a later check out request. I still haven’t received a reply at all, even a “sorry we couldn’t get back to you”…

"Comfy beds clean and good facilities"

Nice outlook unfortunately it rained all weekend so we couldn’t sit out on the balcony much!

Great location

Could not access keys, son had to climb locked gate. If he wasn’t with us we couldn’t have accessed keys. Residents kept gate locked. Many lightbulbs not working, toilet roll holder hanging off wall on arrival. Trim fell off ceiling, kitchen tap & ensuite shower head leaking while using, also reported by previous tenants but not repaired .

Amazing location, clean and well presented property

The welcome letter had the wrong keybox code, but was able to sort that quickly. Sadly, at no time was it advertised that there was no onsite parking. Very disappointing when paying over $700 a night. False advertising on their listing. We chose not to stay and found alternative accomodation.
