brilliant location, great view, plenty of room

Water in the ocean was 17.5 deg a little cold Didnt spend enough time there

Amazing views from the balcony. Saw lots of wildlife. Easy walk to nearby pub and stores.

Great location to ammenities and activities. Noisy at night due to proximity to narooma hotel.

The aircon didn’t work. Heater plug was black from over heating. Bathrooms would look better if updated.

Magnificent view and a great location. Walking distance to everything and next door to The Millon Dollar View pub.

The bathrooms were clean, but the showers needed a good hit with bleach.

The location was great. We had a wonderful view of the water and often saw seals and other wildlife playing from our balcony. It would be an easy walk down the hill to shops, next door is a club you can eat at and other shops nearby if needed.

After booking we were then advised of a cleaning & booking fee. We received a lot of emails, texts, and paperwork to advise us of everything we had to do after check out. Including taking sheets off bed, bins out, etc. I wondered what the cleaning was we were actually paying for as the place didn't feel that clean. Rooms and bathrooms were dated. There was a lot of dust. The drawers in the kitchen were dirty. There were ants in the kitchen even though we had no food left out.

View from the accommodation was excellent

On-suite tap broke on the last day . No bbq chairs on balcony but no table

The view was amazing

The unit it self appeared clean but, floors were filthy we had to wash all utensils and plates before eating. Cockroaches we had to kill many , ceiling fans would be welcome in the hot rooms. No BBQ but was advertised to have one.
