Charming CBD Apt 3bd 2bth - walk to Waterfront

Excellent location close to city and waterway. Clean house and comfortable for my family of 3 adults and 2 small children, easy to get into after-hours due to flight timing. Great aircon which was needed in the Darwin heat! Wonderful host who sent all instructions ahead of time, and very responsive even though I didn’t need anything over the course of my stay. Just small little things that I’m only putting down to give a rounded feedback - hand soap, tissues, shampoo/conditioner could be provided/better quality. That’s all! Otherwise, we had everything we needed.

Access to the apartment was very convenient via key code. The apartment is wonderful, perfectly placed in between the Waterfront precinct and the city center, both in walking distance. There are two parking spots, we had no trouble parking our large Land Cruiser on one of them. The apartment itself was very clean and had many amenities. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated.

Everything was great. Very clean and comfortable and quiet. Excellent air-conditioning. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds comfortable. Great sunrise in the mornings. Walking distance to the CBD. Would recommend to anyone looking for good accommodation. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

There was nothing not to like but we would suggest putting a small set of draws in one side of the wardrobes to place folding items of clothing (underwear, socks etc.) The outside of the buildings could do with a little attention but did not bother us.

The property was very well equipped, roomy and comfortable. While the outlook was ordinary, the location on the fringe of the CBD was excellent S it was easy walking distance to Waterfront and city centre alike. Also close to bus interchange and easy for tour pick ups.

Location was within walking distance to everything you would want to see in Darwin city as a tourist. Very happy with the location.

No lift was the only shortfall, although pretty trivial as accommodation was on the 1st floor.

Clean, simple but comfortable, quiet and well situated. Just a 7-10 minute walk away from the cbd. Perfect for our needs.

Well appointed rooms, spacious living area. Easy walk to Waterfront, Mitchell Street and bus interchange for buses to Supercars track. Debra is a wonderful host, communicates well and promptly. Have a code for entry is much bette than worrying about keys falling out of your bag! Will definately be booking again!

Great affordable accommodation conveniently located close to the waterfront at Darwin. The apartment is very comfortable and has the bonus of 2 bathrooms. It also has lots of fans and air conditioning to cope with Darwin's heat. The host is very hospitable. We were given very clear check in instructions (love the keyless entry) and was very agreeable to a late check out.
