Nice secluded spot with a great outdoor area to drink coffee in the morning sun.

The studio is very comfortable, quite large, with a functional kitchen and comfy bed, two very comfortable recliners and a nice dining setting. The outside terrace has two comfortable padded chairs, various sun lounges, and there is a large glass topped table and sling chairs. The view of the lovely gardens and the valley below is really nice and the sun comes in during the afternoon. It was peaceful and private inside and out. The bathroom is quite new and functional, with good quality towels. Vehicle access is quite good. Avoca Beach area has some pleasant places to dine, and it is not a long drive to other beaches and Terrigal.

A coffee machine is included in the description but no pods were provided, and used pods were in the machine so we didn't use it. We thought it was odd that no tissues were provided - even standard motel rooms provide these. The outside glass topped table had not been cleaned for some time and we had to clean it before use.
