Apartment 8

I mean the guy is nice I know it’s not his fault but the apartment wasn’t smelling nice but to be honest most of Sarajevo places are old. For the price it’s fair but not for us. Won’t come to Sarajevo for a while..

Before you get to apartment the building is like from horror movies, walkway and stairs are scary. Apartment by it’s self needs cleaning to be done, furniture replaced since it’s bunch of stains and clean the sheets since there was lot of hair on it. Get rid of the smell but I think it would be hard especially if they are smoking in apartment . To find good place look for new hotel buildings even if they are pricey or just find something closer to Sarajevo since the prices are expensive like they are Beverly Hills. . We paid and didn’t even spend the night in it. Idk maybe people from Europe is nice but if you coming from USA better look for something else.

Location is ok. Parking is near and it is very important. Flat is big, comfortable.

The size of the apartment, layout, close to the airport and the city, enough parking, working washer, hairdryer, iron/board, equipped kitchen, enough towels, toilet paper, exchanged bedding and towels upon request, (we stayed 2 weeks), felt safe and secured, quite (many crows at night might not agree with me) :) host was super nice and friendly…

One thing I would say here is: if you are non smoker you need to avoid this apartment. We were overwhelmed by heavy, stale smell of smoke which is in every room, in drapes, furniture. If people smoke on the balcony it doesn’t help because balcony is closed in glass with the window, but balcony door is broken and cannot be shut. Many cigarette burnt marks on many visible places. We kept windows open day and night and used air refreshers to keep up with that terrible smell :( If you are heavy smoker, this place is awesome. In my opinion apartment needs very deep cleaning to keep up with its good look from the website. It takes just a little more effort to keep this place at the best rating out there. :)

Everything was great! Apartment looks amazing and we were really sorry to leave so early. Tarık was always in touch and very helpful!
