"Beautiful Sarajevo, accommodation disappointing"

Close to amenities. Appartment clean. Met by host who was friendly. Messaged to say that description of accommodation different to what is stated by booking.com. we could not get them to understand this.

No city view as described by booking.com. Did not have 2 single beds as requested. Also no tea/coffee maker as stated by booking.com. also description by booking.com said separate lounge and bedroom. We had no lounge area

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The location is central and within walking distance to Bascarsija. The room was clean and comfortable. A special thanks to our Mr. Mahir who was warm and welcoming from the first moment. And check in is available until 10.00 PM which is important for late arrivals.
