Location is great. Room is a good size. Bathroom nicely renovated maybe 10 yrs ago.

Hair in the shower drain and likely the sink drain as well as the water drains from the sink very very slowly. Carpet is not very nice. Stains and stretched carpet evident. Couches could do with a steam clean. Air conditioner blows on your head and does not seem to be adjustable.

Location

No sheer curtain on the main window, which looked directly into the apartment across the street. Carpet needed a good steam clean & the light above to mirror in the bathroom did not work.
