Location convenient.

The neighbour's clothes line was too close to the parking space which would cause you to have to dodge under-layers as you get out of the car and make your way to the door. If they used diagonal lines this could be an improvement.

the furnishings & bed was divine.

stovetop, no dishwasher, pool area was woeful & tennis court full of leaves. just v v expensive for how much we paid.
