Super clean and convenient. Visits from the Wallabies are always a highlight

Clean and nice small apartment with a comfortable bed. Internet worked well. Checkin was smooth, the keys had been left outside in a small number locked safe. Very responsive host, who even tipped us off about a koala that had been seen nearby on the same street the day earlier. It was still there :) At night, wallabees would hang out just outside the room + weird looking birds with long legs

Nothing negative really, just a tip to future fellow guests, there is a bus that circulates every 50-60mins and stops right in front of the Mandalay resort, and which you can take to the port or to the other side of the island. We didn't know this so had to walk all the way from the port to the apartment with all the suitcases. Later we learned that the bus is perfectly synced with the ferry arrival and departure, so the bus back from the apartment to the ferry leaves about 10 min before departure but will drop you off just 5 min before the ferry departure. It sounds tight but you'll make it to the ferry :)

The distance walking from car to our unit.....have a walking issue and that was our only negative.

This property is clean and tidy. There is a bus stop straight outside the complex. Buy a day ticket from the ferry and you will be delivered to the bus stop, near the reception desk. Lynda has a lovely cold white wine in the fridge for your arrival. We have stayed twice now, and will definitely use this property as our go to accommodation on Magnetic Island .

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, so quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed in the accomodation. So close to the pool area which was stunning. Great location

They let us have early access and late check out. Bottle of free wine and some chocolates for us to enjoy in the fridge. Also love the curlews and wallabies wandering around. The pool is lovely.

It was really clean and big. Enough devices to enjoy and feel comfortable!

There are many little ants, we closed every window and door, but there still many many ants in the bathroom.

tbh there wasn’t anything not to like. it is of an older style but very user friendly and comfortable.
