Comfortable bed

Outdoor shower with no privacy in open air!!! Staff no speaking English, poor internet. No coffee/tea for breakfast.

Big bed, good localisation of you want to go to Maglić, but there are other places closer to it Staff was helpfull not speaking English we used translator to communicate. Toilet was ok.

Shared bathroom is one shower outside the buildings with a curtain if the wind blows can freeze you comepletely. . No hangers for personal stuff.

Very, very bad energy here. Almost didn’t feel safe. Context — as I didn’t have a car and wanted to go on a hike, I asked about the possibility to give me a ride. They took advantage of their very difficult location (a mountain road on which its very dangerous to walk) to propose me a crazy price (80€ for a 1 hour ride). We bargained through google translate — as every communication I had with them — and the guy was reading my “messages” aloud to some of his friends/clients who were there; apparently making fun of me. I refused the proposed price and that created a TENSE ATMOSPHERE from the very start of my stay. The next day everything went wrong: BREAKFAST was “included”, but apart from the (very simple) omelet, they tried to charge me for the coffee (without telling me beforehand). The PERSONNEL was very unfriendly. They make you feel that even asking for a coffee annoys them. Because of the very bad atmosphere I decided to shorten my stay in this place. I paid in cash for the night I had spent there (after recalling them that the night + what I had consumed was 47 marks, not 55…) and they asked me to cancel my reservation on Booking — which would have led me to be charged a second time. They required that I do it immediately, as a condition to let me go! So I almost felt THREATENED. During this scene everybody — a guy who didn’t introduce himself but was probably the boss + the guy who had “welcomed” me the night before + the waitress — was super AGRESSIVE. In the end they let me go under the condition that I give them a 10 rating on Booking.com LOL! I said yes and left but I wasn’t sure they would let me go — very stressful moment. Had to walk on this dangerous road to get out of there. Conclusion — would definitely not recommend.
