Beachfront penthouse

The location suited our every need and was perfect.BUT........I felt ripped off.

I thought I was paying for a penthouse for the price I paid,it was a bit disappointing,had to pick keys up from a different resort, and the name of the place I booked for wasn't even called the beachfront penthouse which was confusing.other family members booked into the Coral sea resort which I may add is the place I had to pick my keys up from for my room that was located on a different premises and Majorica resort which was $120 cheaper than the room I had booked and had much more to offer and looked way better than the room we stayed in.

The location is great, walking distance from everything. Place was comfortable, very comfortable beds. Overall satisfactory accommodation.

It is advertised as a ‘penthouse’, it is far from a penthouse. The windows were very dirty, fly screens broken in the main bedroom. Complimentary items were underwhelming, cheap stuff, not items you would expect to be in a ‘penthouse’. The name of the property needs to change. Property is just old, but comfortable.

The Apartments were beautiful, nice and close to the beach and Surf Club. Beautiful large round table. Clean, cost.

The Host Pim, was rude to us from the start. It was confusing to find the apartments. When we rang Pim for help with directions, he was absolutely rude and treated us like stupid woman. Very arrogant, it ruined our experience from the start. My friends husband has dementia, so he is slow getting out of the car. Pim was laughing sarcastically and asking us if her husband was ever going to get out of the car. We were so upset, that we just wanted to drive back home. My friend Linda said to not say anything. We were both shocked at our treatment. And then when leaving, Linda put the keys in the key box and rang Pim to say we had left the keys in the box nicely.In Pims Reply, he said we had taken a scourer and taken a roll of garbage bags, and that he is going to charge Linda $20 for taking them.which was an absolute lie! And we were shocked he was going to charge her. Not only did we all keep the apartment clean and tidy when we left, but we had used the garbage bags, we didn't take any home, and never saw the scourer, we used the dishwasher sponger and brush. These items are there too be used. Pim then charged my friend $25!!! Absolutely disgusting. We will not be coming back. Pims attitude is definitely not welcoming. His behaviour is absolutely disgusting. He should not be a host..

Close to the beach, walkways & Cotton Tree

We know this area & like the easy access to the beach for a surf, the cafes & restaurants also walks to Cotton Tree. As it is opposite the Maroochy Surf Club it is excellent for a meal & to take in the beautiful views of the beach.

Some aspects of the unit are dated but it has been maintained & everything is clean, spacious & the unit is light-filled. You do get a small amount of service trucks to the Surf Club but this is out-weighed by the convenience of having the club “just there”

Spacious apartment. Quiet (top floor with only one adjacent apartment. Helpful reception. Good sized balcony. Very clean.

Roof terrace could have a bbq. Garage is quite low in height, but sufficient other carparks on site.

Beautiful location and exceptional host. The surf club was right next door and we had a view of the ocean. The room was clean and tidy and there was plenty of parking. We had private parking but the ranger didnt fit as the garage was a bit too small. We will definitely book here again.
