Great location walkable to the main attractions and quiet at night. Communication was great with a very friendly host and I would happily stay here again.

Номер не соответствовал тому, что мы выбрали. Это был другой объект. Не понравилось что не предупредили о замене номера. Но номер был хороший.

Great location, close to old town and airport bus. Check-in was easy. Mirsad met us on arrival with the keys and showed us how to work the hot water, tv, windows, and other amenities. The apartment was fairly clean and comfortable.

We had an issue with the locks during the middle of our stay. We weren't able to completely unlock the front door with the key and were locked out of the apartment for a few hours. One of the bottom locks was jammed and you could hear two disengage, but the third would not. We reported this to Mirsad with video to show what was happening. He ended up calling out a locksmith who was able to get inside and fix the issue. Ok, things happen. The real problem was how Mirsad handled the situation. First he blamed us for locking an interior lock, told us that he had been put out trying to find a locksmith last minute and frustrated it cost him double the money. Then he told us that we should pay for part of the locksmith cost. What?! I protested, but he was so frustrated that in the end I just gave him 50KM, because I was exhausted, my stuff was inside, and wanted to make the problem go away. Look, I get that it was an inconvenience and frustrating for everyone. We were locked out for 4 hours! The interior lock that was allegedly the issue was functioning fine when we left (because we were able to leave), so we take issue with being blamed. However, If you don't want your guests to use that lock, say so. Put a sign near the lock. Don't blame the guests for faulty locks after the fact and then shake them down because you were inconvenienced. It really turned an otherwise great stay into a sour one.

Domaćin nas je ljubazno dočekao, iako smo u smeštaj stigli oko ponoći. Takođe, gospodin Mirsad nas je uputio kojim putem brže i lakše da stignemo do smeštaja, dao nam je par preporuka šta da obiđemo i posetimo u Sarajevu. Vrlo prijatno iskustvo!

The flat is located within 15 minute walking distance to the city center and the host was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the train station for a very good price. The flat was very clean and spacious.

There was an additional cost of 15€ for Check-In and the kitchen is missing any basics like pepper or salt.
