Apartment for 6 with Antwerp City Views

Die Wohnung liegt zentral.

Unter der Wohnung ist eine Bar. Laute Musik bis 2/3 Uhr am Morgen. Im Gebäude leben neben den Gästen auch Ungeziefer, die einem neben der lauten Musik den Schlaf rauben. Im besten Fall sind es Mäuse, die durch den Boden und die Decken krabbeln. Leider wurde auf die Beschwerden nicht eingegangen.

Super zentral in einem wunderschönen alten Häuschen gelegen und für uns alles gut zu erlaufen. Der Grote Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kein Autoverkehr. Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert, war auch prima per Email vorbereitet und der Übergabeort nicht zu verfehlen. Nur der junge Mann war etwas stoffelig.

Auf Grund der Restaurants am Platz leider abends ziemlich laut. Im Bad fehlen Ablageflächen und Haken f d Handtücher Fast ein bisschen knapp für 3 Erwachsene. Das französische Bett reicht nur für zwei schlanke Menschen.

De locatie is echt waanzinnig!

Eerst op een andere locatie de sleutel regelen. Maar wat tegenviel was de smalle trap naar boven, beetje studentenhuis gevoel. Er stond ook allemaal vuilnis op de trappen, waardoor we niet gemakkelijk heen en weer konden. Er stond dat er plek was voor 6 personen, maar eerlijk, ik vond de hele opstelling beter voor 4 personen. Al met al heb ik een top verjaardag gehad, maar toen ik aankwam moest ik wel even een traan laten. Het was niet wat ik verwacht had. Kwam mede door de foto’s en dat ik niet goed door had hoe het appartement was ingedeeld.

Very charming and well-appointed apartment in central location with several amenities provided, all at a very reasonable price.

Stairs up to the unit were a bit difficult to navigate with luggage and the railing at the top was unstable. There was a crack in the shower on which repair had been attempted, but I was concerned about how much water might be flowing underneath the shower enclosure. Double beds were a bit narrow, and one of the 2 fans provided did not work.

Location

The place was a absolute nightmare. The sinks were closed and the whole flat was not clean at all. The smell in the kitchen made it impossible to stay. There were bugs coming out of the kitchen furniture!!!! We moved out after one hour and booked something else. I am still trying to get a refund but the owner don't want to take responsibility and is not answering. This place is a fraud and I will try to get a refund via Police report. Try to stay away and booke something else. The cheap price is a trap and not worth trying!

Nowhere in the reservation was it mentioned that the apartment is located on two very high floors that must be accessed with all the luggage. The staircase is narrow and cramped. One of the group members suffered from altitude sickness and fainted while climbing the stairs. She went to return the key to the office (which is also not easily accessible) in order to cancel. She was told that since it was her issue and not a problem with the apartment, she would not receive a refund or credit. There was no consideration given to her medical condition, which is very disappointing.

Ailemle birlikte temiz ve konforlu bir odada kaldık. Konumu oldukça iyiydi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Tesis anahtarlarını başka bir adresten alıp sonra kalacağımız tesisin adresine ulaşmak biraz zor oldu.

La ubicación del apartamento es excepcional. En el centro historico de Amberes. El apartamento es precioso con un gran salón con vistas a la plaza. Las camadas muy comodas y todo muy limpio y cuidado.
