Zeer gezellige frisse studio met een fijn terras met zicht op zee.

Het lawaai van de grote baan waaraan de studio gelegen is. Alsook het lawaai door bouwwerken in de buurt.

Die Lage ist super, mann ist direkt am Meer mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Es fehlt an nichts, sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
