Location. Free parking. Check-in, check-out. I liked the pictures on the Booking pages - nicer than the actual situation.

Outdated facilities, too much of everything in the apartment, carpets, curtains, artificial flowers... the sofa in the main room is visibly worn out (backrests), there is practically no window insulation. I don't want to be too snobbish, but with a little investment and removing the aforementioned, it could be a very nice apartment in a very good location.
