"With little work on the windows could be perfect"

Almost everything else was perfect. Huge apartment, very clean, well and beautifully equipped, good internet, free parking, great location...

Not adequate for light sleepers. The windows have practically zero sound isolation and everything from outside can be heard. This is not a problem during the day at all, but at night (im talking 11-12pm) the cars moving in and out of the deadend street were very disturbing making it hard to fall asleep. Later in the night gets better. If you are a tight sleeper than disregard this, for you the apartment is clear 10.
