Intensa Emozione Sarajevo

The location is brilliant, right in the centre of all the shops, bars and places to eat. The apartment was perfect, with lots of space; the kitchen area was large, and all the equipment was available if you wanted to cook, but there were so many places to eat nearby that we didn't need it. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms spacious, with the main bedroom having a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view of part of the city and river. Yana, our host, was just excellent; she was so helpful and accommodating, and her son, who met us outside the property, was so friendly and gave us lots of information to help us with our stay. Thank you, Yana!

*THIS IS NOT A CRITICISM* - there are a few stairs to get to the apartment, but if three old codgers like me and my brothers can do it, so could anyone!

The house is in a very central location, and you can easily communicate with the host, Yana. The house had almost everything you might look for. Thank you!

The downside of the house was the number of stairs, but since we only went up twice a day, it wasn't a problem.

Very spacious apartment with all amenities. Great view of the entire city and located ar the most central point of the city on the river..

Just to mention for orderly people that is at the 4th floor and there is no elevator. No parking at the building but there are public parkings on payment in the area (be carefull of the charge as some they don't have daily rate).

Fantastic location! You are just behind corner of Baščaršija with all its nice things. The view from apartment is beautiful! All necessary things are nearby.

You may find dificult to use stairs only to top floor, so not recomended for people with walking/hearth issues. Parking spaces around are often full, but that is manageable.

Hosts were amazing and so accommodating. Very welcoming and even called us a taxi when we left :) Great location right next to the old town.

Super good accommodation right in the center, view towards Baščaršija and towards vijecnica. host was very nice and kind, she waited for us outside the house. We will stay there again.

-Location is the best selling point for this place. The old market street is just around the corner. You get a view of the hills from the bedrooms and smoky smell of the kebabs from the restaurants if you open your kitchen window. -Yana is the most hospitable host I've met. I had a little problem with the parking, I paid on the application but the transport police still put a lock on my tyres as the payment did not reflect on their system. Yana dealt with them and even paid the fine and didn't accept any payments from me. She saw we had a baby and brought gifts for him on the check out day. I haven't met any host as hospitable as her.

Parking is a bit tricky, there is an underground parking across the bridge but it 25 euros for the day. There is street parking in front of the apartment but it is difficult to find space at day time. It's free from 8:30 pm to 7:30 am but you better pay at the machines to avoid my mistake.
