Die Lage, Ruhe,Sauberkeit.

Für die SCHLÜSSELÜBERGABE war es falsche Adresse gegeben worden. Deshalb habe ich ein Problem damit gehabt. Keine Beleuchtung über den Herd . Es ist unangenehm gewesen beim Kochen. Sonst ist alles in Ordnung.

"Not worth the money"

Located close to the beach and the tram stop. A nice bar just across the street and a supermarket at 50m. Well equipped kitchen. Owner was very flexible about pick up time for the keys.

The apartment was dark, no natural light coming in. It was damp and didn't smell great. Bathroom was very very small and just a small light. Hard to get fresh air in because you are locked in on all sides.
