"We loved Poets Retreat"

A spacious well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. Holly was so helpful when I needed an extra night. Given the location and size of apartment it's excellent value for money.

"Very comfortable and a really good price for the location"

A spacious and comfortable apartment in a beautiful location. I was surprised, it's much nicer than I expected so decided to stay longer. Holly was so helpful and just a really lovely person.

Location

- Towels were wet in the dryer when we arrived and needed to be turned on. - No tea towels and dirty cutlery in the draw. - Broken door in the shower and either no hot water or a very, very long delay for it to come through... I lost patience.

Location was excellent, parking easy, spacious rooms. Kitchen facilities were good. Laundry facilities good. Quiet during night.

Shower was tricky - cold then scalding. Shower door not fitting well. Bed linen polyester mix, duvets too small for bed, pillows not good.
