Panne'thouse

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Proche des activites, de la plage et de la rue commerçante. Informations claires envoyées au préalable. L'appartement est bien équipé et dispose de 2 terrasses dont une avec vue sur mer. De plus, les chiens sont autorisés et j'ai pu profiter avec mon adorable chiot. Une zone verte (5€par jour) se trouve à 500 m de l'appartement. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

La propreté de la vaisselle pas top !!! (Pour moi à cause des vacanciers , manque de respect. Le mobilier des deux terrasses à changer, pas top et pas vraiment fait pour prendre un repas. DOMMAGE vue les deux belles terrasses.

The proximity to the beach and local facilities, literally on the doorstep they are clothes shops, bakeries, coffee shops and bars. The place was clean and warm, smelled nice and fresh, no bad odours! On one balcony you can see the beach and on the other one, in the bedroom, you can see the town, which is mesmerising at night. We liked the fact pets were accepted at no extra cost, which is quite rare nowadays. The sofa bed was comfy and quite big. The lift was appreciated knowing the flat is the 7th floor! Loved the coffee machine and the little kitchen. The radiators were warm and so, very quickly. The flexibility for check-in and checkout. There are toys to borrow for the kids to play at the beach. A hoover is at disposal (it get sandy quite quickly!). The quietness of the place and in the building is appreciated. The tips regarding parking and where to park to have it at the best price. How close the bakery and restaurants were to where we were staying.

The dodgy plug in the bathroom; when trying to remove the razor, the socket came loose and we had to fix it. The metal rings on the door handles attachement points cane off, was pretty annoying to hear every time we closed the door, especially at night. The shower head was locked at maximum height which made taking shower uncomfortable for average size people. The mattress in the bedroom was two single thin ones on top of a thicker one, the nature of the mattress made it uneven especially when people moved. The tiles on the balcony, which are quite big are thick, were losse, as informed by the cleaner and was worried they would fly away in the high wind. The boiler room shutter was broken, I banged my head twice on it trying to get past it. It was also noisy during the night which would be nice to be aware of its emplacement, (as it is in the bedroom) for people who are light sleepers like me. The TV in the living room turned on by itself twice on our first night, at 4 am and 6 am, we never used it though... The remote wasn't working properly other than to turn it off and control the volume, (the one in the bedroom was functional and we had no problem with it). I wish the listing was more explicit on the way the deposit is expected to be received (cash), receive an actual receipt also (I got a post-it note with a signature and the amount received) + what will be provided or not. On the listing, it is not said there is an option to rent the bedding and towels along with tea towels. I would also have liked to know in advance that there wasn't an option for rubbish to be taken care of at the end of our stay and have to go through a paying service outside the property. The person handing us over the keys, the cleaning lady, was ok but a bit rude.
