It was 2 bedroom

Cold and could not get the split system to heat the place! The electric blanket didn’t work and no amenities such as shampoo etc

The owner met us on arrival and showed us to our cabin and handed over the keys. Cabin was clean and comfortable and very quiet. For our needs it was in a good location, and good value for money. At the end of our stay the owner met us in the driveway to take the keys back. Really good service.

Really can't say anything wrong. If I have to be picky, the bed creaked a bit, but was still remarkably comfortable.

"A nice tidy property in a good location for our purpose - we stayed three nights."

Good location for the activities we had planned - visit relatives nearby. A good base for a Portland trip if you don't need to be right in the centre. It's about a 10 min drive to town.

The kitchen facilities were a bit dated - no cupboards for food storage, 'op shop' cutlery (nothing matched), dishwashing cloths a bit grubby. Overall good, not great and could be better with a little effort we think.

Very spacious parking and for kids to run around, could hear the ocean from the unit.

No park for kids, cupboards smelled a bit mouldy, and mattress were really hard.
