Main bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable, sore backs the next day

Go there pretty late and the hoist was waiting for me when he heard me roll up

It was dated but fine.

Not much to be honest. It was quiet and thought had gone into items people may use or need.

The beds were HARD, too hard to lay on. So moved to couch and ultimately pull out sofa, which was broken; snapped. No volume from the TV no matter what we tried (not a big deal but we did hope to watch something to wind down before sleep) No sleep for either of us after travelling 3.5hrs for a funeral. Rather furious.

Great space. Good size dining table. Very well stocked with bowls/plates etc. and cooking equipment. Comfortable settee. Bed also comfortable. Nice and quiet. Close to the sea and short drive to Portland which was lovely. We would return

Kitchen cupboards not particularly clean and also the cooker. Needs a bit more TLC. Had obviously had a coat of paint recently and ther were other building renovations happening

Location, family friendly.

Lack of Cleanliness, loads of mosquitos
