La vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie, la proximité du centre ville, la qualité du mobilier. Le logement est très bien insonorisé et la gestion du chauffage de facilité. Le baux window est très agréable pour se poser et admirer. La résidence est de très bon standing. La sortie du bâtiment se fait au pied de la promenade sur la plage.

L'absence de lave vaisselle, voire d'un égouttoir pour la vaisselle. Le prix du parking à proximité (30€ pour 24h). Stationnement gratuit 15-20mn de marche) au parc Maria Hendrikapark, mais pas toujours de places. Tous les stationnements dans le centre d'Ostende sont payants
