TV didn't work. Said on my end we would be given sheets and towels, but weren't real estate didn't read my email on day of arrival stating these issues and didn't seem to care when we handed keys back in. Property wasn't very clean when we arrived.

Very convenient location with secure under cover parking. This was a surprise as booking.com said street parking only? Good size apartment with a small view of the water from the kitchen. Building was very quiet.

Every single appliance requiring a battery was flat ie: television, all ceiling fans. The kitchen cupboards need a thorough clean and restock of cooking utensils. Many broken, old and unclean. Pillows dreadful, need to be thrown out. Bedding such as duvet covers and blankets not sure when last washed? Duvet covers particularly appeared to have been reused from the previous guests. Staff at Holiday Rental office excellent and offered to replace items immediately. As there was a lot to do I felt the owner needed to be informed and hope that this happens. Very unpleasant smell from toilet ventilation which became worse throughout the stay, the bathroom vent also began to do the same.
