Absolutly Beachfront Surfers Paradise, Pure Shores!

Wanted to say a massive thanks to Chantel for our trip. The apartment itself is fantastic, everything you could want is provided. It was really clean, lots of little extras like coffee pods and books, beach towels etc. And the gym area, pools and hot tub were also great. But most importantly we got a host who genuinely is really helpful. I usually read how customer focused a host is, but after they’ve got your money it can be less so. Honestly Chantel could not have done more. The original appt we booked actually had construction outside by the time our trip was due. We didn’t know and we were past our refund date. But Chantal texted to let us know in advance and we agreed a short move, no extra cost. All our group was so grateful. So I would genuinely recommend any appt she is hosting. She has your interests as heart, unusual these days but true.

How responsive the hosts were. We were met at the property and personally handed the keys. The hosts were very responsive to any enquiry, they were so lovely. They reorganised the sleeping arrangements to accommodate our family e.g. supplying two cots and a trundle bed for a toddler. Their communication was outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend this property.

This house has an excellent location, with the ocean right across the street. The home is very clean and tidy, and most importantly, the host is truly wonderful—very kind and accommodating to all our needs. Highly recommended!

The location although the direct access to the beach was cut off due to the work being completed. The views from the unit are lovely.

The beach front access being cut off. The unit has water leaks at the front windows so we had to be careful with 2 small children. The major works for a new development being completed next door. On the other side of the building was a derelict building with homeless people crawling out the windows and then wandering in front on the footpath.

Very friendly host. Efficient communication. Good location.
