"Großen Bogen um diese Unterkunft machen!!"

Einlass sollte um 16:00 Uhr sein. Von 1545 bis 18Uhr stand ich vor verschlossener Tür bei 30°. Habe neun mal angerufen, Teilnehmer not available. In den 2 Stunden keinerlei Nachricht - ein Fake??? Betrug.??!! Buche schließlich ein anderes Apartment. Dann 18:07 Uhr Anruf der Vermieterin. Ich will jetzt stornieren, wird nicht akzeptiert. Das finde ich frech, eine Zumutung. Jemand 2 Stunden ohne Nachrichten warten zu lassen, scheint die Vermieterin nicht schlimm zu finden.

Checking in was very easy. I just called the landlord and got very detailed instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and with lots of light. The neighbourhood is very safe and close to public transport and Groenplaats, which is one of the most beautiful spots in Antwerpen. City centre and the central station are 10-15 minutes away by foot. The harbour is very close, too.

The city tax should be payed by cash. But they also make their guests aware of this, so one can withdraw some money in advance.

we hebben genoten van een weekendje Antwerpen. De accommodatie was klein, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De host was aanwezig toen we aankwamen, en we kregen nog wat uitleg. we hadden van te voren ook al via berichten op booking.com voldoende informatie gekregen. Het appartement was prima schoon en goed onderhouden. (nog niet zo lang geleden gerenoveerd) Locatie is top, enkele minuten lopen van het historisch centrum en om de hoek een parkeergarage.

Er staat een houten bankje waar je op kunt zitten, geen heerlijke loungebank dus om bv onderuitgezakt tv te kijken.
