Appartement Sincfala

Appartement pratique et fonctionnel, avec tout l’essentiel pour un séjour agréable. L’emplacement est très bon, permettant de se déplacer facilement et d’accéder rapidement aux commodités. Un logement confortable et bien situé que je recommande.

Bien situé, propre, équipé correctement. Le lit est fait à votre arrivée, serviettes de bain à disposition. Nous y reviendrons prochainement ☺️

Il est bien situé

L’appartement était confortable, propre et très agréable. Il était proche de la la plage et des différents commerces. Il y avait même un Delhaize sur le côté de la rue, très pratique.

Le fait d’avoir de la décontraction délicate et à porter de main d’un petit de moins de deux ans. La prochaine fois, je leur demanderai de tout retirer 😁.

The position is very good, as it's close to the beach, but also to shops and restaurants. The Zwin Park is 10-15 minutes of car away.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place when the weather is not hot: there is heating in all the rooms of the apartment, except in the bedroom. This makes the bedroom cold, and the beds and blankets humid. Sleeping there has been a bad experience, and my kid was coughing throughout all the night due to the low temperature. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: we found food residues and hair in the cutlery and in the cups; there was a ton of dust and dirt under the beds and under the sofas (we had to look because we lost something on the floor); also the kitchen tiles looked quite dirty. The owner provides soap for hands but not soap for the dishes, so we had to buy it ourselves; the sponge for the dishes really didn't look new or decent. I am pretty sure that the bed sheets have never been ironed, giving to the bedroom the appearance of an Airbnb, rather than of a professional rental. The bed was too soft and the pillows were strange and hard. There is no free parking around the apartment, so you need to pay for the parking space for the whole duration of the stay.
