Not enough hot water Cutlery and dishes were dirty on arrival Dust everywhere Tripping hazard as you walk in ( wood step isn’t level) No pull out bed as said Bbq was filthy Owners seemed cranky Kettle was rusty and corroded

Location was excellent and apartment was clean and good parking

Location beautiful old building polished floor boards comfy bed and couch lots of rooms to spread out.

Lack of power points in the kitchen. No microwaveable dish with lid to cook food and in microwave.

The location, close to beach and supermarket and just 15 min walk to Geraldton centre. Also pleasant rear garden area. Owner/staff helpful re early check in and late check out

It’s scruffy and in need of a major upgrade. Whilst I appreciate it is an old property, that’s no excuse for the condition and presentation. The external door curtain is a shower curtain, the toilet has a crack in the pedestal, the bathroom hand basin is plastic and is damaged, the washing machine is cold fill only, the lighting is terrible - not enough, except in the TV area where the only light is an overhead bright white light, there is no table lamp/side lamp. Overall the whole place is dark, dated beyond belief, and really depressing and not a pleasant place to stay. It’s the worst place I have ever booked through Booking.com and I worry that checks are not made on the properties featured. At over £100 per night it was expensive for such poor accommodation, particularly in comparison to the other places I’ve stayed during my 6wks in Oz.
