Good location. A shopping centre and supermarket nearby. Quick response to complaint.

Room is not clean enough. The electric kettle is dirty, full of stain. After reflecting to the host, they replaced a new one for us the other day. The bathroom, especially the washing basin, is not well maintained. No aircon in the living room.

It is a good location

Everything worked, but the accommodation felt very tired, dated and dull. It was clean and the manager was responsive.

"Clean and comfy stay, home away from home"

The bed was very comfortable I have arthritis and can suffer either back pain but the mattress was quality which enhanced my experience

There were blue Ray films to watch but only a dvd player

Perfect location, only 1 minute from beaches that you can virtually have to yourself . Also supermarket a minutes walk . Very spacious apartment and comfy bed .

Cooking facilities a bit old !

Location was good.

Had to cut my stay short and contacted the manger who told me he would let me know if I would get any money back for cancellation but never heard from him and did not receive any money returned. All I wanted was a yes or no answer.

The location is perfect. Right next door to a shopping centre with Coles and Kmart and only a short drive into the city centre.
