The Numberkey for the physical Keys has changed from the booking time and when I arrived. I reveived this update Mail during the stay. The houdekeeper sent me a screen with the sent mail, so there was an issue on the side of booking.com I think that happened because I haven't an accounton booking.com The communication was pretty hard, the housekeeper could speak french and I german. English were on both sides not the best
