Location was close to Conference venue. The cottage was clean and well presented.

Great location, comfortable beds & sheets were fabulous Fresh breakfast goods provided

A little tlc needed. and some of the stock in cupboard was out of date which was dissapointing.

Great location. Easy to get to shops and eateries. Jacaranda cottage was very comfortable and roomy.

Despite not being placed in Jacaranda Cottage (note for Booking.com) beds were very comfortable and was good to be able to cook own meals. Spacious central living area. Access to tennis court (racquets supplied but BYO ball).

The property we stayed at (whilst perfectly adequate and comfortable) was NOT Jacaranda Cottage that I booked for stay with driving companion months prior due to its close proximity to local aged care facility. Rather, we were placed in another historic cottage on other side of town. Apologetic owner gave us a 5% discount and opened locked door for laundry access. Generous cooked breakfast provisions. & jar of jam. Alternate cottage also had access to adjoining tennis court (racquets supplied but BYO balls) .

Breakfast was excellent, very much appreciated, heating and lights were on for our arrival,

Brand new heating but we could not change the heat, hosts managed the app.

Very comfortable accommodation and well appointed.
