De handleiding van het kluisje was niet correct. Ipv dat het kluisje binnen zat in de postbus, blijkt deze buiten te zitten aan de zijkant van de gevel. Host heeft niet gereageerd. Zie foto met maar één kluisje voor verdieping 1, andere is weg. Gelukkig was het nog niet donker en zag iemand het

Very disappointing experience. We were wrongly charged €120 for damage that was already present before our arrival. From the start, the apartment had several issues: a broken door handle, no hot water because the boiler was turned off (we only discovered how to turn it on about two hours before leaving), and leftover items from previous guests such as dried candy on the balcony and a wet towel that had not been removed. On top of that, we were moved to another apartment because there was no key in the key box. We had to carry heavy luggage to the new location, only to find out that the key box there still had the same code, which was never changed. This created a serious security risk, as anyone could access the apartment. Despite all these problems, the host deducted €120 from our deposit for an issue we did not cause. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. We strongly disagree with this charge and would not recommend staying here.

DANGER! 50% chance of being scamed! Upon arriving late at night, the keys were not in the lockbox as mentioned, and the host ignored my calls, after many calls she answered and said that ththere is currently no hot water or heating so she cant rent it out - but i checked and saw that everything is working and saw that someone else was sleeping in the appartment
