Beautiful home, nice and spacious, light and airy, warm

Price was quite expensive but probably fair for the area

Not applicable really conveniently positioned close to the Main Street of Margaret River. Well appointed appartment.

Our stay at Villa on Fearn was everything we had anticipated, and so much more!! So welcoming, and inviting, and above all, so spacious, and immaculately clean!! The location was perfect, too, being close to all amenities, and attractions.. Thank you, for making our time there so memorable, and we will certainly be back again!!

Apartment is very central & easy stroll to the Main Street of Margs Town. The layout of the apartment is great & overall nice decor, but few things need cleaning / replacing. Outlook over 2 car parks isn’t ideal, but wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be.

There were a few things that stopped the stay being ideal… The pillows were all SO big, like bolster cushions, we all ended up using nothing or our rolled up jumpers. The heating didn’t work & nighttime temp dropped to 5 degrees during our stay, the instructions just referred us to the user manual, which didn’t work. Not sure if it needs to have heating activated as only aircon mode worked & even at 35 degrees was blowing cold air. The sofa, cushions & blankets need a steam clean or replacing. The sofa has large scuff & spill marks on it, tried using the throw blanket to cover it, but it also looked pretty worn too. Set of wine glasses needed. Kitchen only had 3 mis-matched wine glasses (1 was a cup), which isn’t ideal for a stay in a winery area.
