AUAUHorrible location, deceptive & misleading advertising, apartment was on the third floor with no lift which wasn't disclosed. Was in a huge complex of over 100 apartments also not disclosed. No contact from provider/supplier to advise entry details. Took forever to get inside. Lugging 4 suitcases up multiple flights of stairs then helping parents in their 70s to get upstairs was nightmare. One of the beds was a double not a queent as advertised. Stupid decorative birdcages everywhere made it impossible to place anything down. We left after 20 minutes to find alternative accommodation. Despite multiple calls & emails from my end I've yet to receive any response/feedback from this booking. I will never book accommodation through Booking.com or Smart Stay WA or anywhere near this entire suburb ever again
AUthe location is brilliant but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.. outside area was as dirty as it was the last time we stayed, the bath towels smelled mouldy. the bathroom was cleanish, basically a lick and promise type of clean really! there was splatters of stuff ( I honestly don’t want to let my mind think to much about what it could be) over the tiles and walls. Door handles need attention too, blinds in lounge room doesn’t provide much privacy and the lounge is cool to look at but unbelievably uncomfortable to try and chill..
