La posizione nel centro città é buona.

La.casa é rumorosa, troppo, quasi interamente fatta di cartongesso, il pavimento del soppalco é anche pendente, se ci si cammina scricchiola tutta la casa.

"Spacious and comfort place, almost downtown"

It was clean, spacious and had everything you needed for a family (to cook, to clean etc), plus it was very close to the center of the city.

It has a steep ladder to go to the upper floor. If you are careful then its ok.

"We waren vier dagen in Namen en hebben genoten van onze verblijfplaats en van de stad."

Keuken en leefruimte met alle comfort. Centrale ligging in de autovrije straten van het oude centrum. Alles op wandelafstand.

Het huis is gehorig. Dat is het enige echt belangrijke minpunt. De mooie ligging in het toeristisch centrum heeft straatlawaai als keerzijde. De vloeren op de slaapkamerverdieping kraken luid, wat storend is wanneer iemand vroeger in bed ligt of bij nachtelijk toiletbezoek. Er is een wenteltrap (met één hogere trede) naar de slaapkamerverdieping. Voor mensen die moeilijk te been zijn, is dat iets lastiger. Wanneer je met de auto naar Namen komt, kan (gratis) parkeren niet bij de woning. Ook niet voor laden en lossen. Betalend parkeren is inderdaad 200 m stappen. Gratis parkeren kan op 300 m, maar de plaatsen zijn erg beperkt en vaak volzet. In de praktijk loop je een paar honderd meter verder. Misschien belangrijk als je een langer verblijf in Namen wilt plannen.

L'appartement est très bien situé. La prestation correspond au descriptif.

Comme dans toutes les anciennes demeures, le parquet de l'étage est assez bruyant mais ça ne dure pas bien longtemps.
