Met our needs as expected.

Nothing.

Clean and well appointed. There is a lot kind thoughts and extras that are not normally included which were highly appreciated.

It felt like staying with friends - but in a fully self-contained and private flat. Hosts are lovely and the location was very convenient - it was an easy stroll into town for dinner. Our booking was very last minute (an hour before we arrived) but the hosts still had the property ready (with milk in the fridge!) when we arrived.

The property was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need to cater for yourself. A recently renovated bathroom was a bonus and there was a good laundry with outside washing line too.

There property was advertised as having a swimming pool but there seemed to be no access to a pool when we were there (hot summer's day). We did not see a pool. Breakfast cereals etc supplied in the cupboards as advertised, but no milk supplied.

The little extras that the hosts had left for their guests were an unexpected but delightful surprise. Everything from water bottles, milk, bread and butter in the fridge, to multiple types of cereals and even coffee pods were made available. The bathroom was spacious, modern and well appointed. Lots of towels and soaps etc. The location was excellent, with access to the centre of Tumut just a short walk away.

The wifi seemed to struggle sometimes. The apartment is downstairs and has a lot of brick, so may degrade the signal a bit. But it was adequate. Some of the decor was a little dated.

They were great and the apartment had everything!
