Very convenient location, right in the middle of town.

Dealing with the property management group was painful. Multiple emails to confirm my email, even when they were contacting me via my email! Having to send repeated texts as they claimed not to have received proof of ID. Apartment facilities were sparse & there was a strange smell in the bedroom areas.

There was a banging noise on the roof something loose and it was windy.

Little things like soap dispenser was watered down running out of soap The pull strings on the blinds are still at very low level (very dangerous for children being choking hazard) Coffee machine but not coffee pods available for immediate use

The location was great, however I'm sure i read it was across from the beach, and then our view was the car park.

There was a massive build up of mold in the ensuite shower that i had to clean myself, i cant believe the cleaners didn't see it, It had obviously been there for a very long time to build up that much. The balcony was filthy which we had to clean, as well as the BBQ was disgusting, so we didn't even use it. The swipe tag didn't work. Light from the outside hall shone straight in our bedroom as there were no block out blinds on these windows, so we were unable to keep the door open to hear the kids, and then the room was so hot. The bedroom with the queen bed was roasting hot also. we were unabel to open any window to get fresh air in as the sliding door had no fly wire, only the bedroom one did. The couch and the pillows on the couch were filthy with obvious stains and dirt, we had to cover the couch with a blanket we brought. In the main bathroom water and bubbles from the shower were coming up through the floor drain and flooding the bathroom, and same with ensuite shower, water was going straight through gaps and flooding, so after every shower in either bathroom we were having to mop.

Great apartment with lovely furnishings right in the middle of town. Great for a family. There is parking underneath which would come in handy in the busier summer months.

It is hard to find because it is just a hall entry off the main strip wedged in between shops and offices. Google maps took us to a driveway 100m away, so make sure you get very specific instructions about how to find it from the property manager. There is also a weird quirk in the ensuite shower which means the water squirts out between the glass doors and floods the floor. You need to position yourself very carefully to stop this happening.
