De Flat - Licht en luxueus appartement bij Het Zuid

Appartement très bien situé, près de stations de tramway, au calme.

La propreté était moyenne.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gute Lage, kleine Supermärkte, Cafés und Tram sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen.

Schön eingerichtet aber eine Grundreinigung würde nicht schaden. Auf den Lampen, Spiegel im Bad lag eine super dicke Staubschicht.

Do. Not. Book. This. When entering the apartment, the smell of smoke/ ashtray greets you and it does not disappear when opening windows. Throughout the apartment air fresheners are placed, but all that doesn’t help (tw, the apartment is listed as smoke free!). Clearly it has not been cleaned for a longer while. The layer of dust is so thick, you can write your name in it (we wrote ‘vies’ (dirty) in it). The bins were not emptied. On top was a multipack condom packaging and a pregnancy test packaging. Now that really is a whole lot more information about the previous guests then we wanted…… The kitchen is also not cleaned and incomplete. There are champagne and wine glasses, but there is no simple glass for sodas or water. The bedroom has 3 white paper lampshades which have turned yellow from the smoke and have a massive layer of dust on them. Never been cleaned obviously. Bathroom: Loads of dust and the shower head could also use some cleaning. The location is nice. Closeby the hotspots in Zuid, however it is a quite noisy intersection and the apartment is right above a nightshop, which also attracts noise during the night.

Host wrote that there ia parking but there is no parking i spent 15 looking for parking on the streets.
