Seabreeze on the Beach

Excellent location 😁

Location is perfect! Great for kids and family’s to go the beach and walks along the footpath that runs along the beach.

Could do with a deep clean, lots of dust on Wardrobe floors where we put our bags, and under the coach. The cleaning that probably get overlooks when there a back to back guests. We were also short bin bags (fogo).

Could have been better if the place has air conditioning especially we booked it on summer

Mattress was uncomfortable Only couch space for 5 people while watching TV in the evening. Sliding door was very hard to open and close

We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit Breeze (downstairs) it was well set up with some pantry staples, the beds were very comfortable as was the indoor and outdoor seating. The view and access to the beach was second to none and the constant sound of the surf was wonderful! There is a ‘no noise’ in the complex after 11pm which everyone adhered to!

We found it odd that there were no screens on the sliding doors as this made it an invitation to bugs and creepy-crawlies… more than once the spray was used to get rid of unwanted guests. The overall cleanliness could be better, we only had one “green’ bag for green-waste, yet upon leaving we found that two bags had been used as bin liners in the bathroom!

No consistent cleaning program for long stays

Location. everything you need is their to cook and serve, just carry your food items. Even english bf tea, coffee, sugar, Olive oil, Chilli flakes, Thyme, paper towel were there. We left very clean and removed the rubbish too. Not feel like leave any mess. I booked for 4 people and invited 2 more with Victoria's permission. All of us really enjoyed. This was my 2nd visit in this year. First time was little expensive. This time very reasonable. Really appriciated. Beatiful Beach and quite place. Shopping mall within 2km. Very convenient. Also got a garage to lock the car and it was peace of mind too.

Actually we all are seniors. Climbing the 2nd floor was little difficult. But we managed. The stairs and railing were very helpful.
