La posizione è il punto forte, con la fermata del tram di fronte, e diversi parcheggi chiusi a pagamento nei dintorni. Il check in si effettua in autonomia seguendo le istruzioni dell'host. Stanza ampia e luminosa con tutto il necessario. Phon, frigo, tv e wifi.

Le grandi finestre sono un grande vantaggio, a patto che si possano oscurare. Troppa luce la mattina, e qualche rumori proventienti dalla strada. Il bagno non ha la porta, con tutto ciò che ne consegue. La pulizia è appena sufficiente
