Le duplex d'Albert logement d'exception à Namur

This is a very spacious, clean apartment with a great view of the Citadelle de Namur. In addition, it is very close to the river with easy walking access to the old city. The owner obviously pays a lot of attention to details.

Parking instructions were not as clear as they could be. If you park in the assigned parking space, you get blocked in on weekdays by people working nearby. We were fortunate that we were able to flag down a few motorcycle policemen who were able to help us find the owners of the cars so we could leave. No one was happy! This apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is great, but you have to take an elevator and stairs to access the apartment. The entrance (entryway and stairs) to the apartment is dark, dirty, and dingy. Our first impression was not good.

The apartment was very beautiful, clean and cozy, the location and the neighborhood were wonderful, the parking for the car was good and clear to find it, I am satisfied with my stay.

Fabulous interior design, everything thought about, very comfortable. Great view across the river to the fortress. Convenient parking and just a short walk across the bridge to town. Excellent bakery nearby.

The lock box for the key was not working. It took us forever to get it to release the key and we could never get it closed again. Good contact with owners though and things were resolved.

Le duplex d'Albert is a little apartment in Namur, very near to the city centre and with a private parking. This apartment is an attic with two floors, kitchen and dining room at first level and bedroom and bathroom at the second level. The apartment is very nice and confortable, with air conditioning and all that you need in the kitchen.There is also a balcony with a fantastic view on the Namur citadel. So this place is perfect to visit Namur or other little cities in Wallonie.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation with good indoor temperature for the cold outside weather. Great smart tv. The hostess, Vicky, was extremely helpful and always responded promptly.

It would be useful (and safer) to have a handrail on the stairs to the upper bedroom floor. One of the tv remotes is not as shown in the manual and proved difficult and temperamental when trying to watch live tv on the smart tv. Wouldn't have been a problem but for the World Cup football!!!
