"Overall good experience but if all amenities that were installed worked it would have been better"

The property itself was really nice and is located in a grear location near the eagle express chair lift.

Heating in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs didnt work which was poor for a location in the snow. Extractor fans in the downstairs bathroom and laundry also didnt work.

Heating good. Close to ski lifts, restaurants and shuttle. Comfortable beds

Stairs to fourth floor! Luggage carrying up stairs and walking in ski boots

Location was great, right outside one of the chair lifts. The place was immaculately clean and we even got a free upgrade to the penthouse. The place is small, but that's to be expected of snow accommodation. It still housed 5 adults and 3 kids comfortably.

If you're not tech savvy gaining entry could be a bit confusing as you need to download an app. But once it was sorted, it was pretty cool being able to open the door with your phone and other fobs provided.

Good space for the whole family including 3 toilets; good kitchen facilities with 2 fridges; comfortable beds/pillows; large base storage which is very convenient for prior check-in and post checkout.

Top floor with lovely view but a bit tricky carrying all luggages to the apartment with out lift on the first day (good exercise though :)
