Apartment may need to be a little bit freshened up, and decorated (e.g. newer, brighter city and other popular landmarks - posters,, etc... ). Just a suggestion.

"Very Good"

The bed creaks and is hard to fall at sleep, especially with the small baby. Also the entrance door produce so much noise while you open it.

Perfect location, everything is near. The apartment was clean and with nice balcony. You have everything for the longer stay.
