Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious, spacious apartment in a historic and central neighborhood of Sarajevo. Stunning views of old town Sarajevo, comfortable bed, full kitchen, good WiFi. The parking was surprisingly easy and convenient. It is very difficult to find dog-friendly accommodations of this caliber in the Balkans - well done. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

The welcoming introduction and the location of the apartment.

Poor security and poor communication from the staff. When we woke up on our first night stay at the apartment, the front door was open. We soon realised that the lock wasnt working. This made it extra concerning given the maib ntrance of the apartment building is not monitored by any security. The staff is not always here and unfortunately prioritised efficiency than customer service. When I mentioned I needed some help wirh finding solutions for storing luggage after check out, i didnt get any response until the day of the check out, which made me miss my morning tours.

The property was spacious and modern. It was very close to old town so great when walking with kids. The host Eldan who meet us to show us around the apartment was super friendly.

The property was really dirty! I was shocked to find old water bottles under the sofa when trying to make up the spare bed and lots of dust under the beds. The apartment seemed to not have been vacuumed or mopped before we arrived. The dishes from the previous stay were still out drying when we had arrived. The bathrooms, especially the toilets weren’t cleaned and the boiler was leaking and worst of all was the smell of smoke in the apartment that was really suffocating if your not a smoker yourself. The apartment seems to just need a good clean.

The host helpful and he was following us until we arrived to the location . Quick response to any questions. The apartment was modern and it was the same pictures in the booking
