This is a charming property just outside the old town (bascarsija). The views were absolutely incredible, the flat was clean and tidy, and the owners were lovely people. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

the only slight hitch was the walk up from the old town (very steep) however taxis are relatively cheap, and easy to find.

The view from the room is simply amazing. You can view snow covered mountains and pine trees from the warmth and comfort of your room. It's just 20 minutes drive from the airport and just few minutes walk to the old town. Amina the host is always there to help you with details about moving around the city and excursions.

It's uphill so walking back to the room is tiring.

The name of my channel on YouTube and on all social media sites is under the name (sdav27) 📸🌍✈️ I am from Vienna / Austria 🇦🇹 I traveled alone to Bosnia to relax and rented this apartment from 04.01.2025 to 07.01.2025 🫵💁‍♂️ I liked literally everything about the apartment.. (the balcony and its charming view of Sarajevo and the mosque is a few meters away from the apartment - the apartment is a 10-minute walk from the highest viewpoint from which you can see Sarajevo from above - the apartment is a 20-minute walk from Sarajevo city center (the old town) it is very close and you do not feel the time while walking until you find yourself in the old town … The apartment is new and has heating, it is warm, clean and has a nice smell, the bathroom is clean and the lighting in the apartment is good, there is a kitchen and an electric kettle and everything you need in the kitchen except (the frying pan and the cooking pot) 🤷‍♂️ In short, I have no complaints about the apartment at all, but... the apartment is not suitable for (the elderly only). The apartment is located at the top of the mountain. The streets are a very steep ascent and descent in the location of the apartment overlooking the old town and Sarajevo from the top. It is (20 minutes walking 🚶🏻‍♂️ from the apartment to the old town) very close. If you are young or if you are old but you enjoy good health or good physical fitness, this is the perfect and most wonderful place for you to spend the night and rest. As for the view, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy drinking a cup of coffee in front of the charming balcony view overlooking the city, in addition to the fact that going up and down from the apartment to the old town is a kind of exercise and muscle movement .🧏‍♂️🙌 (the apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 people

I enjoyed the walk up and down as very steep, but people with mobility issues will find it difficult.

The appartment was wonderful, extremely clean and comfortable with a phenomenal view. The city is a short walk away. The host were very nice and helpful. Public parking is available. Will absolutely choose this stay if revisiting.

The incline up hill could be a potential issue, however a genuinely great and very short walk for an able bodied person.

The only thing more beautiful than the view of the pension was the kindness of the hosts. It was a very clean and spacious hostel, everything we needed was available. Located in Vratnik, the neighbourhood is both surrounded by greenery and very close to Bascarsija.

Amina and her father are great hosts. Check-in was convenient and I could park on site. The apartment is extremely spacious, the bathroom is very big and the kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are shops closeby (5 mins walk). Despite being a bit further away from the centre (about 15 mins walk), it is absolutely recommendable!
