The location is in front of the river. The owner Mr. Fahad is very nice and supportive guy.

some furnitures need to be replaced. 1. Beds are making noisy sound while moving at sleeping. 2. windows are not closing properly. need to be fixed. 3. Apartment need to be cleaned well.
