Saint Pablo Boutique Apt I 3BR, Grote Markt, City Center, Near Station

The location was great (very central) and we also found the beds quite comfortable, especially the one near the living room. The hosts were also kind to us and although the response could have been quicker, they did have great intentions and tried to help us. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and information regarding waste/wifi/city etc. was provided

We were quite disappointed with this stay compared to our expectation. The following points were disappointing to us: - The apartment was not clean. There was still waste of prior guests in the bedroom bin, ashtray, coffee machine, freezer (a dessert) but also quite some dust in the rooms. Glassware/plates were not cleaned properly - The TV had no sound. In all honesty I must say that on our third day, the hosts switched it with a working TV, however preferably this should have happened sooner, since we also had planned a movie night with our group - There was only one set of keys in the beginning. After notifying the hosts provided us with another one, but for groups that might split up during the day, I would not recommend this apartment - The toilet cannot be locked, also the room attached to the living room has see-through curtains (no doors), so if you value prefer privacy, I would recommend another apartment - Left sink in the bathroom did not flow through properly - No dishwasher is available. I believe this is also not claimed on the advertisement, but of course something to consider for groups looking to book this apartment, since cleaning the dishes will take time - Some mould formation in the bathroom

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, mitten in der Innenstadt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem die schnelle Reaktion der Eigentümer auf unsere Nachricht und die zügige Kommunikation bei Problemen.

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung leider nicht in dem erwarteten Reinigungszustand (z. B. Haare, Krümel, nicht bezogene Betten).Laut Angaben der Eigentümer gab es vor Kurzem einen Inhaberwechsel, wodurch offenbar auch neues Reinigungspersonal im Einsatz ist. Die Mängel wurden nach unserer Rückmeldung zeitnah behoben, und die Eigentümer haben sich mit einer netten Geste dafür entschuldigt.

Alles was perfect. Ik heb geen een min puntje kunnen vinden. Uitstekend contact met Shelley en Thibault. Dank Julie wel. Echte aanrader!!!

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt mit Aussicht auf den Platz ist einzigartig. Tamara erlebten wir als sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Falls wir wieder einmal im Hasselt vorbeischauen, werden wir bestimmt schauen, ob das Apartement noch verfügbar ist.
