Ruim zonnig appartement op 50m van strand

Sehr großzügiges, sauberes Appartement! Sonderwünsche wurden vom Vermieter prompt und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit entsprochen! Sehr gute, ruhige Lage, ca. 60 Meter vom Strand entfernt, Straße ist eine Sackgasse, KEIN Durchgangsverkehr! Raversijede ist der ruhige Teil der belgischen Küste, nur ein paar Restaurants/Bars, nicht zu vergleichen mit Mariakerke oder De Panne! Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, und mit der Küstentram kann man jeden Ort an der Küste schnell erreichen! Haltestelle der Tram ist ca. 120 Meter entfernt

Die Besitzer der Wohnung sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Strand und Tram-Station quasi vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Bei verregneten Tagen sind Schwimmbad und Indoorspielplatz nicht weit weg. Die Wohnung ist groß und die Ausstattung vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruhige Lage.

Bettwäsche nicht ausgetauscht, alter Teeköcher mit festen Stecker, nicht abnehmbar. Die Dusche mit Wanne ist nicht getrennt.

Front door are broken and when I tried to go out key broked in the door. We were trapped in the Apartment with small child and waited and waited that someone come. After this shock we left Apartment immedietly after 1 night (suppose to stay 5 days) and contact the host because the refund. He refuse and charge us for 5 days. Be careful if you go there especily with small children.

I must admit that my overall experience was somewhat underwhelming. It was evident that this particular accommodation had previously been listed on Airbnb, which became apparent during my stay. One positive aspect of my experience was the owner's kindness and prompt responses to my inquiries. However, it's worth mentioning that their communication was solely in Dutch, even though I had initially reached out in English. Fortunately, I happen to speak Dutch as well, so it wasn't a major issue, although it did catch me off guard

The apartment itself was quite spacious, which was a definite advantage. However, when it came to comfort, it fell short. The beds were far from comfortable, and the sofa seemed to be on its last legs, being in a noticeably dilapidated state. Additionally, the kitchen appliances seemed to be from a bygone era. Frankly, I couldn't even recall a time when such dated devices were commonly used. As someone who has seen a fair share of old-fashioned equipment, this was surprising. The most disheartening aspect of my stay was the lack of basic amenities. To my dismay, there were no towels, napkins, dishwashing products, or even coffee and coffee filters provided. It's disappointing to pay for a place that lacks these essential items, making it quite inconvenient for guests. Considering the price I paid, I expected at least some basic amenities to be included. If there's one thing worth mentioning, it would be the location. Undoubtedly, the primary selling point of this accommodation is its convenient location. However, it's important to note that you're essentially paying for the location alone, as the overall comfort and amenities are severely lacking. If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend being mentally prepared and adjusting your expectations accordingly. In summary, while the owner was kind and responsive, the overall experience at this accommodation left much to be desired. The lack of comfort, outdated furniture, and absence of basic amenities were major downsides. I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their expectations before booking, as you will primarily be paying for the location and not much
