The description of this apartment is spot on. The layout makes it feel quite roomy. Ground floor was a plus for us. We were very comfortable staying a month. Everything we needed was in walking distance - train station, buses, trams, grocery stores. The apartment made a very nice home base for our day trips around Belgium, the Netherlands and Northern France. We frequently travel to Europe and this is the favorite place we've stay at to date.

Nothing negative to say.

The location was very convenient to the train station & yet very quiet in a residential part of town that had very little of the hustle & bustle you'll see on the other side of the station & into the city center. The flat was clean & the bed & bedding was very comfortable including the sofa pull-out (according to the teen with us) with convenient storage to feel at home. Appreciated a full kitchen including a dishwasher and Nespresso. Easy to check in & left detailed instructions to make the experience easy & comfortable while there.

Excellent value for the price. Very well located - the train station and tram stations are in walking distance, good for exploring other Belgian cities. The kitchen is well equipped.

Nice little apartment. Good for 2 or 3. Suitable for a city trip. Very close to the train Station Sint Pieters but very nice and calm neighbor hood. So easy access to Brussels or Brugge by train. Recommended.

A bit difficult to get fresh air in because the window to the street could not be opend only a bit (tilted) and in the backyard it was smelling not that good (maybe due to warm weather). Unfortunately the internet connection was unstable, so watching TV was impossible.

Almost everything. The location and the environment is great. The room is clean and with many equipment needed.

The oven is quite difficult to use.

Everything is new, very clean, well connected, it has everything you need and more. Host always available. All positive, the stay could not have been better.

Beautiful property with everything provided to make our stat comfortable and enjoyable. We couldn’t fault it.

Nothing to complain about!

The Owner provided excellent detailed information ahead of time to ensure a great stay in his flat. From accessing the Secure Lock Box, available Parking, TV controls, Thermostat Controls, Public transportation, and Check-Out. GREAT flat for 4 people. The flat was completely modernized and very functional, perfect for a short or long-term stay. The new kitchenette had a Frig, Dishwasher, Toaster, and coffee-espresso machine, all functioned great and quiet. Kitchenette was properly stocked to prepare Breakfast and larger Dinner meals. Bathroom was properly sized, no movement restraints or accessibility issues as we had 2 senior citizens with us. Water pressure and temperature control was great. A new Washer/Dryer was just added before our stay and it functioned great! Our parents enjoyed the nice size bedroom and we had no issue sleeping on the comfy Sofa bed. WiFi worked great and very stable. TV had clear local and international channels, plus Netflix. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors as we did not hear any noises from the streets or from any of the neighbors throughout the evening and night. Parking was a little tricky bc of the Yellow Zone time limitations, but we found the Green Zone a little further away with no issues. Perfect location for visiting Ghent, Bruges, and Brussel as the Flat was only 300m from St. Pieter Train Station. Being our 2nd time visiting Ghent, Bruges, and Brussels, we would highly recommend Ghent as a central location over Brussels as it was way too chaotic in Brussels to drive around. We would definitely stay again!

No complaints as we enjoyed a great stay. The only thing I would recommend to ensure that future Guests enjoy their stay during the Winter months would be to program the heating to turn On during the night hours and shut Off during the day time.
