The host was very helpful and polite, met us in time without any delays, was very detailed and kind!!!

Very good location and options for public transportation. Only good for a night or two.

- furniture is in a bad condition (bed, couch, chairs, tables) everywhere is something minor broken or uncomfortable (mattress, chairs). You recognize that these are cheap furniture which are end of life - we booked for 3 people and it was stated that there is a sleeping couch. When we entered, the host explained us, that the couch cannot be used for that and showed us a mattress topper of 5cm thickness as alternative to be put on the floor. In our opinion this disqualifies as a apartment for more than 2 people, but anyways the main bed mattress was also uncomfortable and would need a replacement. We didn't tested the shower as the maintenance opening seemed to be broken and i guess there will rinse a lot of water behind the dry wall during showering.

Quite confortable and new house. Really spacious with a big living room overlooking the mall and the city.

Could have some espresso coffee for the morning breakfast. There was instant coffee and tea.

Excellent location! Busses, Metro, Mall, several restaurants, shops around within 5 min walk. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Comfortable open kitchen with everything you need. We absolutely loved this accommodation. The owner was helpful and warm welcoming. The view from 10th floor to Sofia city is spectacular. We will recommend with pleasure and will be back.Thanks 🙂🙂🙂

The location. There is a beautiful sight because the apartment is on the 10th floor.

There was a used razor in the bathroom. It wasn't clean as much clean, as it should be. The owner doesn't speak bulgarian and his English is not ao good.
